By conducting business with me, you acknowledge and agree to my Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all accounts and services associated with Feligo/gessoflavored.
> Products received are in digital format. All transactions are final.> All artwork created by me is personal, non-commercial use by default. Commercial use is forbidden unless previously discussed and its corresponding authorization fee covered.> Commercial use for commission art will incur in additional fees equal to 150% the base price of the work. Commercial use covers: the possibility for a commissioned piece to be sold as physical merchandise or used in any product or service for the purpose of monetary gain or brand boosting.> Use in streaming doesn't hold additional fees unless the end result is intended to be used for a product or service, in which case the above clause will apply.
III. Allowed topics and restrictions for commissioned content

IV. Commission process
Process: Rough sketch > Clean colored sketch > Lineart > Flat colors > Shading > Delivery
> As the client, you must provide all needed details and an up to date accurate visual reference that belongs to you or you have permission to use for the commission.> As the client, you have the right to 4 free minor revisions on any stage per piece (4 total, per piece). Each change after that will incur in a $8 fee.> Major revisions such as completely changing the composition of the piece will incur in a fee equal to half the price of commission.> Revisions that result from an error on the artist's side are free of charge.> As the client, you have the right to ask for updates at any time. The artist will make updates available as soon as possible. Availability of updates are dependent on place on queue.> The option to make a piece fully private will incur in a fee equal to 75% of the total price and guarantees the art won't be posted or shared on any site.

I. Usage
> Products received are in digital format. All transactions are final.> All artwork created by artists under gogesso is personal, non-commercial use by default. Commercial use is forbidden unless previously discussed and its corresponding licensing fee covered.> Commercial use covers: the possibility for a commissioned piece to be sold as physical merchandise or used in any product or service for the purpose of monetary gain or brand boosting.> Use in streaming doesn't hold additional fees unless the end result is intended to be used for monetary gain, in which case the above clause will apply.
> The artists reserve the right to decline a commission or cancel service and issue a refund at any time, for any reason.> All art produced shall not be used for AI training, NFTs and similar technologies.
II. Payment
> Payment in USD or MXN via Paypal invoice. Buyer must be able to legally use these services and be over 18.> Payments under $100 are to be covered upfront when the order is accepted. Payment plans are available for amounts over $100 with a nonrefundable, 30% down payment.*

IV. Commission process
> As the client, you must provide all needed details and an up to date, accurate visual reference that belongs to you or you have permission to use for the commission.> Major revisions such as completely changing the composition of the piece will incur in a fee equal to half the price of commission. Revisions that result from an error on the artist's side are free of charge.> As the client, you have the right to ask for updates at any time. The artist will make updates available as soon as possible.> Each artist has their own unique approach to commissions, as well as the topics they will/won't draw. These details will be visibly disclosed.
V. Character design
> Once the transaction is completed, the character usage and ownership rights are transferred to the client. No refunds will be issued.> All designs and artwork created by artist(s) under gogesso is personal, non-commercial use by default.> Commercial use is allowed with the acquisition of its corresponding license. Full commercial rights grant the ability for the design and its corresponding base illustration to be used commercially. To acquire commercial rights of a design, the difference between the final bid and the tier that offers commercial rights must be paid. Character designs created in bases are not eligible for full commercial rights unless translated to original art.> The buyer may request edits according to bid tier or make any edits to the design once acquired. Edits can be made over the original art, within reason. It is recommended to keep a copy of the original file(s).> As the client and owner of a design created by any artist under gogesso, you have the right to use, edit, trade, sell or gift the design freely, within limits of above clauses.> Only rules applicable and enforceable are those present in this T.O.S. Posterior owners may not impose additional rules. Any conflicts that arise from user arrangements must be resolved between involved parties.
VI. Final product
> You may not edit out the signature (if any) or heavily alter the obtained product to be unrecognizable to the artist's original depiction. As the client, you have the right to repost and share in any site or edit the art. Edits can be made over the original piece, within reason. It is recommended to keep a copy of the original file(s).> The artist(s) reserve(s) the right to post the finished artwork to their personal and submit it to our collective gallery, as well as use the art for advertisement at any time unless discussed otherwise with the buyer.
VII. Refunds
> No refunds will be issued unless the artist is unable to complete the art.> * Down payments are non-refundable unless a) in the case of commissions: the artist is unable to complete the art or the commission goes 15 days over estimated completion time or b) in general case: the artist decides to cancel service altogether.> Adopt and base sales are non-refundable.> By ordering L2D/program specific files, the client acknowledges there will be no refunds in case the user doesn't have access to the software or no longer requires those files.> You shall not attempt to open a dispute or chargeback once a transaction is complete. Action will be taken in case of chargeback and usage and ownership rights of the product(s) are considered automatically revoked, with no opportunity to appeal.
All communication must be related to business only and should remain professional and polite.
